Intensify mineral investigation and evaluation efforts, guide and drive commercial mineral exploration in demonstration areas. Promote local governments to pilot the policy of collecting and storing rare metals in Longyan, and build an important supply base for rare metals. Support the construction of Longyan Shanghang New Materials Science and Technology Innovation Park. Strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platforms such as Sanming Graphene Research Institute and Graphene and Graphene Industrial Park. Support the cooperation between central enterprises and Longyan to jointly build an electronic information material production base. Encourage relevant scientific research institutions to establish regional headquarters and fluorine new material technology research institutes in Sanming, create fluorine new material industry bases and whole industry chain clusters, and build new industrialization industry demonstration bases.
